Data

Task records and user-added profile photos are stored in Supabase and protected with owner-scoped access controls so authenticated users can access only their own records and files.

AI capture

When you choose AI capture, typed task context and voice recordings are sent to OpenRouter and its selected model provider to produce a reviewed task draft or transcription. Do not use AI capture for information you do not want processed by those providers; you can always create and edit tasks without AI.

Authentication

Sign-in is handled by Supabase Auth. Google sign-in may provide basic profile information such as name, email and avatar.

Operational email

If enabled, Cloudflare Email Sending processes reminder, administrative signup and contact notifications. Reminder messages can include the task details needed to make the reminder useful. Taskk does not sell personal information.
