Keep a record of what needs doing

Add a task with notes, a category and a due date. Update its status as you work, or move it to Someday to review later.

How priority scores work

Urgency and importance each use a scale from 1 to 5. Taskk multiplies urgency by 8 and importance by 9, then adds one point for every three days a task has been open, up to 10 points.

Tasks in progress receive 5 extra points. Someday tasks lose 20 points. The score stays between 0 and 100; completed, archived and no-longer-required tasks score zero. Due dates are shown separately and do not affect the score.

Review AI drafts before saving

You can describe a task and use AI to draft its fields. Check the draft, edit it and choose whether to save. Manual task creation is also available.

Current beta

Taskk is free during the private beta. Accounts are individual, with task records restricted to their owner. Shared workspaces and member roles are not available.
